Kostas specializes in sports therapeutic massage, having many years of experience as a personal trainer, nutritionist and masseur. Being an athlete himself for most of his life and with knowledge about the musculoskeletal system and sports medicine, he is able to understand a client’s needs and identify the areas where a problem occurs.
Within his massage treatment he uses moves and techniques from different types of therapies such as Shiatsu, Thai, Hawaian Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Indian head massage. He holds the second degree in Reiki. Kostas collaborates with well-known gyms, Beauty Salons and dance schools.
